Data can be exported to all popular formats and can be directly accessed from all Microsoft products and any ODBC compatible program. All reports can be tailored to meet your requirements or simply create you own via the comprehensive report generator.

All the terminals can accept keyboard entry and optional bar-code, magnetic card swipe or proximity reader. Terminals also have built-in relays that can be used to open doors, sound bells etc.

If the use of terminals would not suit your company and employees have there own computer, you can ‘ clock ’ on/off through your PC.

CaptureIT makes managing every aspect of your employees attended time easy. You can see at a glance who's in, who's out, who was late and much more. CaptureIT will automatically calculate employees hours, basic and overtime and transfer them to your payroll system.
